Baggies vs Billionaires

Bottom of the table West Brom take on the team who they have had the most Premier success against, Manchester City. The richest club in the world are 17th and only out of the bottom three on goal difference.

Vital Quotes:

Mowbray has been realistic in his assessment of the season so far; he has cited his own lack of experience and maintains that while the table looks critical, going on 'a run', though looking ever more unlikely, will get us back in the mix.

He told the BBC:

My disappointment, looking at the table, is the dropped points against Blackburn and Portsmouth.

'We got ourselves in front and equalisers cost us points in both of those games. Those two positive performances from us really felt like defeats because of the equalisers.

'Those four points would have made the table look much more healthy and given us more potential to win the game on Sunday and jump out of what could be perceived to be a critical position at the bottom of the table.'

West Brom Team News:

Leon Barnett is fit again after a lengthy spell out. James Morrison and Borja Valero have both been ill this week but both are expected to feature. Roman Bednar has been touted to start, which would be a blow to Luke Moore who only made his first start last weekend and is looking for a run of games.

Player to watch: Jonno Greening

The only player to have been on the pitch for every minute of our season so far, Jonno also scored our last goal in our last home game. A massive game calling for a big impact for skip - can he rise to the occasion?

Man City Team News:

Robinho had a recurrence of his recent injury and faces a late fitness test.

Player to watch: Robinho

£32m. 'Nuff said.
