Trio Chase Albion Star
Glasgow Celtic, Birmingham City and Middlesbrough are all chasing West Bromwich Albion striker Diomansy Kamara after he was placed on the transfer market.
Kamara, who netted 23 goals for Albion last season missed his chance to play Premier League football at the Hawthorns when Albion lost 1-0 in the Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley against Derby County.
Yesterday the Senegalese forward handed in a written transfer request and Midlands rivals Birmingham City immediately saw their £3M bid rejected.
It is expected that both the Old Firm outfit and Middlesbrough are expected to table a bid in the region of £4M with the North East club favourite to land the striker.
