Perry Released

West Bromwich Albion have released former Tottenham Hotspur, MK Dons and Charlton Athletic Defender Chris Perry after just one season with the club.

Perry, 34 signed for Albion by then manager Bryan Robson almost twelve months ago from Charlton Athletic but the former Wimbledon (MK Dons) defender is now seemed surplus to requirements by Tony Mowbray.

Despite having twelve months remaining on his contract Perry has left the Hawthorns after just one season after the Baggies failed to win promotion to the Premier League.

The former Spurs centre-half made 27 appearances for Albion.

I think at 34 He will have a great future (2 seasons) here in Cyprus! Much slower pace, easy on tired old legs! Oh. and a shorter season, only 26 games without including cup games!
Cyprusyid
