Chadli Skips Austria Training Camp

Chadli Skips Austria Training Camp

It was being reported yesterday that record signing Nacer Chadli had missed our trip to Austria following a heated discussion with head coach Tony Pulis about his pre season plans.

The £13million capture from Tottenham Hotspur has not travelled with the group according to Sky Sports via the Press Association, but it's said that there has been no falling out over his reluctance to take part in Pulis' infamous pre season build up.

Instead an agreement has been made that Chadli will complete his training on home soil ahead of rejoining the squad for the trip to Hong Kong next weekend as we compete in the Premier League Asia Trophy alongside Liverpool, Leicester City and Crystal Palace.

With that agreement in place the talks ended amicably and it's not believed Chadli's future at the club is in doubt.

The Sky report also links us with a move for former Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph but it's said Stoke City are also in for him.
