Reports in todays papers stated that Bryan Robson had informed Earnshaw that he can leave during the January transfer window.
Robson has said in the past that Earnshaw is not going anywhere as he has an important part to play for the club.
With a number of strikers now at the club Earnshaw has found it increasingly frustrating that he is not in the team.
With Nathan Ellington and Kanu forming a formidable partnership Earnshaw has had to watch from the bench.
Many Albion fans believe that Robson isn't a fan of Earnie and they can't understand why the Welsh striker isn't starting games.
Earnie has not impressed Robson enough to be a first team regular and may find himself on the way out in January if the Baggies gaffer can find a replacement.
Earnshaw is rumoured to be attracting interest from Portsmouth, Birmingham and a host of Championship clubs.
Only time will tell if Robson keeps an unhappy Earnshaw at the club. If the player wants to leave and we get a good offer for him I would take it.
