West Brom boss Tony Mowbray was pleased after seeing his side thrash Coventry 5-0 at the Hawthorns and hopes there is more of the same to come.
Just about everyone was on target as the Baggies set about showing Mickey Adams` team just how its done, Diomansy Kamara hit a brace and further goals from Jason Koumas, Kevin Phillips and Paul Robinson turned it into a good day for the home fans.
Mowbray said: 'For me there are signs we are starting to get where I want the team to go.
'People keep telling me we have the best squad in the division and if you can mould that talent with work ethic then you can achieve a lot.
'There are still some ingredients that I need to find to make the balance of the squad right.
'But it is great to get a win and score five goals and what I want to see consistently is a team that will fight for each other and plays for each other and covers for each other and enjoys each other's company.
'We have threatened a win like this for a long time, but credit to Coventry, they came to make it a match and could have been 1-0 up after 10 seconds.
'But when a game is as open as that I would back us to outgun most teams.
'We know we have creativity and we have not had a problem at home. We need to sort our away form out.'
