Kanu Fighting To Be Fit

Kanu is struggling to be fit for tomorrows game against Manchester City.

The Baggies striker suffered a dead leg in last weekends 0-0 draw against Fulham and it is taking longer to clear up than expected.

Kanu, who has 3 goals this season, trained for the first time on Wednesday and is fighting time to be fit.

He told the official site earlier in the week: Wednesday 'was the first time I trained with the team and I was still struggling a bit. I'll see today if I'm going to be 100 per cent fit to play or not. It feels a bit like a dead leg and a hamstring problem but there was a lot of improvement yesterday.'
