'If It's Football, It's Vital'

We Must Continue To Look Forward

Shane Long has encouraged the squad to continue to look forward as we bid to get back to winning ways after recent disappointing losses.

With the team looking to return to winning ways against West Ham this weekend, Long told wba.co.uk that the players can't afford to dwell on recent losses, and they should take confidence from where we still find ourselves in the league.

'We don't dwell on it too much, the only bad performance we really put in was the first half against Swansea. Stoke was a horrible game and at Arsenal two dubious decisions that led to penalties cost us. We will learn from our mistakes but we're confident we can get back winning pretty soon.'
