Boys Are A Joy To Watch
Steve Clarke has said we were a joy to watch today as we put Sunderland to the sword.
Speaking to wba.co.uk following the game, Clarke said the players deserved all the plaudits after being a joy to watch today.
'We played really well, scoring four goals against any Premier League team is no easy feat and the players deserve all the credit they're getting. It's very difficult to win four games on the trot but we've achieved that, we were a joy to watch and I was really proud of the team.'
As for a 'fortuitous' penalty, Clarke believes we were good value for it nontheless.
'Our penalty was a little fortuitous but I don't think anyone can say we didn't deserve the win. It would've been an absolute travesty had we not won.'
