Albion Looking Up The Table Rather Than Down

Shane Long has said the team have aspirations to finish as high up the table as possible following our unexpected start to the season.

Speaking to wba.co.uk following today's thumping of Sunderland which put us clear in third place, it seems obvious the team are starting to really believe they can pull off a shock this season.

'The league table makes nice viewing and I'm sure the fans enjoy looking at it at this stage of the season. We're not getting too carried away, we can live the dream at the moment but we're just looking at the next game to see how we can get three points from it. There's a long way to go and we're not getting carried away. Hopefully we can keep on this run. It's good times at West Brom.'

Certainly getting harder not to get carried away as each game passes, but there is a long way to go yet, so just keep enjoying the ride for the moment.
