Mixed Injury News For Villa

Mixed Injury News For Villa

Some players look set to return, others are already ruled out.

Steven Reid has been ruled out for the fourth successive game with his hamstring issue, and Boaz Myhill joins him after undergoing a minor operation on his thumb.

James Morrison has however returned to training after missing the Cup game and is expected to figure on Sunday, whilst Liam Ridgewell's injury is not as bad as first thought, so he is in with a chance of playing as well.

New loan signing Goran Popov could also potentially make his debut for the club as he has now returned to training following his groin issue.

Leaving only Jara Reyes as a doubt, but it's expected he'll return to training in tomorrow's session.
