Gera Hoping For Fulham Return

Gera Hoping For Fulham Return

Zoltan Gera has said he is hoping he has, and will, do enough in training to convince Steve Clarke to start him against his former club, Fulham.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Gera said he had overcome the Achilles issue whilst on international duty, so he is fit and raring to go if called upon.

'I had a little problem with the Achilles, I'm okay now because I had good treatment, and there is no problem. I played almost a full game on Tuesday and I felt good. I'm looking forward to playing against Fulham because I had three good years there, I was disappointed I couldn't play against them last season.'
