Should Robson Remain Manager?

Since the final whistle on Monday fans forums across the Internet have been packed with fans demanding the head of Manager, Bryan Robson.

To the outside world it sounds harsh as we are only 5 games into the new season but it is a topic that has been raging all the way through Robson's reign that is now nearly 2 years old.

When Jeremy Peace made the decision to keep him on many fans gave Robson 10 games to prove that he can compete in the Championship, so far we have been treated to hot and cold performances and are yet to see the team play well for 90 minutes.

For many, Monday was the final straw. The team appeared to be sent out unmotivated, unbriefed and without any visible tactics. Since this game many letters and emails have been agrilly fired off to Chairman, Jeremy Peace.

We are not playing like a club with the best squad in the league.

Played: 78
Won: 18
Drawn: 20
Lost: 40

I wouldn't have said that you do have the best squad in the league (by no means am I implying that we do).

Id say we are at least in the top 3 squad wise. Davies, Gera, Perry, Hartson, Phillips and Greening are all star performers on their day as well as Koumas who is the best Midfielder in the league on his day. The big problem is that Robson is disliked by the crowd and a minority have been waiting for an opertunity to slate him. In my opinion it is best all round if he goes as it will unite our fan base which is split right down the middle.

well when you look at the record at the bottom of the article i would never have him as manager.

Give him more time this season, you are still in 8th position after all.

Give him a go

Sorry to sound like gloating, but Robson's appointment delighted many at Norwich. The relegation king. Middlesborough, Bradford City... As we faced the last game of the Premiership, we thought Norwich would be safe. Unfortunately the fans were the only ones to turn up at Craven Cottage and you survived instead of us. But Robson managed to live down to expectations a year later, and he is doing you no favours at all. Send him to Wolves (no need with Ipswich, they are doing it themselves already :) )
