Lukaku Arrives On Loan

Albion have tonight completed the season long loan capture of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

The 19 year old Belgium international passed a medical today and agreed the season long loan signing, before being awarded the No 20 shirt.

Speaking to wba.co.uk after the capture and before his attention turned to tonight's friendly, Steve Clarke said.

'I'm delighted to welcome Romelu to the club. He's a strong, powerful centre forward who is young, enthusiastic and eager to learn. He was also desperate to come here. We've done well to get him.'

I know he comes highly rated, and Chelsea are keen for him to get some experience before turning to him, so fingers crossed the deals suits both parties.
