Mulumbu Late Back To Training
After a summer of interview shenanigans, Youssouf Mulumbu returned a day late to training after missing his flight.
After missing the fitness testing and the return of pre season training on Monday morning, Mulumbu finally made his return for the evening session at 5pm.
The midfielder took to Twitter (as is he fond of doing, Newcastle and Spurs anyone) to explain his tardiness.
'Missed my flight and got blocked in the airport cause of my I.D.'
The club have yet to comment on whether they have accepted his explanation or whether disciplinary actions will follow.
Missing Sunday and Monday morning? Wouldn't it have been advisable to get a flight back a couple of days before you have to return to the club instead of leaving it presumably until the final minute?
Such a shame, it just seems to be one thing after another now with Mulumbu.
