Downing: Roy Honoured By Fans Reaction

Keith Downing has said that Roy Hodgson was moved by the support of the Baggies faithful against Bolton.

Speaking to wba.co.uk the assistant coach said.

'Roy has got warmth and an allegiance with the supporters and he was very honoured to see 4600 people turning up in England shirts. West Brom supporters obviously have great warmth for Roy and he responded with the feeling back. I think he felt it was important to see them for one more time in an away game - and he'll get it at home next week. It's just the warmth of the head coach and what he has achieved in the last 15 months.'
