Mulumbu Feels On Top Form

Youssouf Mulumbu believes he has now hit the best form of his career after playing himself into form this season.

Speaking to wba.co.uk the 25 year old said he was now happy with his own form, after previously admitting he hadn't been at his best this season.

'When I started this season I was asking a lot of questions of myself. Now I am just playing my game and I think I have improved, I am now a better player. I am very happy with that and I now need to stay focused. If I keep working hard then I can only improve more.'

Mulumbu has been our most used outfield player this season, and said of his 'rest' against Everton.

'I think it was a good time to rest me because since then I have just been able to play my game. I hope to finish this season very well. We need to focus on doing that and hopefully we will finish above Villa.'

I would say it's pretty guaranteed we'll finish above Villa this season!
