Perfect Start To Albion Career Continues

Perfect Start To Albion Career Continues

Keith Andrews was delighted to get his second goal in what is one and a half appearances for the club against Sunderland.

Andrews has had a bright start to his time at the club, especially as he's been played as a defensive midfielder, which makes his goal tally even more impressive.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Andrews said.

'I was delighted to get another goal. I was supposed to be sitting, the orders coming on for me were to just sit in front of the back four, like they were last week when I scored at Wolves - so I'm not sure the gaffer's going to be too happy about that!'

After the game when questioned by the media about his two goals in two games, Andrews quipped.

'I think you'll find it's two goals in one and a half games!'

His humour hasn't deserted him!
