Hodgson Backs Odemwingie To Flourish

Roy Hodgson has backed Peter Odemwingie to end the season with a flourish after struggling to recapture his form from last season.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Roy Hodgson said he was backing Odemwingie to rediscover his form and end the season in style, hopefully starting with Wolves on the weekend.

'He's got the ability, no one has ever doubted that, but we haven't seen the best of him. Perhaps we've still got it to come, hopefully. There are a lot of games left and he's fit now, maybe he just needs a bit of time to get back into a playing rhythm.'

Odemwingie has definitely been hampered by his fitness issues this season, so now he's back on a run hopefully it will start to click again.
