Hodgson Keeps Faith Despite Morrison Outburst

James Morrison's recent 'ambition' criticism hasn't gone down too well at the club but Roy Hodgson has no interest in disciplining him.

Speaking to Sky Sports Hodgson said.

'After a game when you are hurting, and someone asks you an inflammatory question, you may not answer in the diplomatic way you would in the cold light of day. It was a statement made in disappointment and there is no disciplinary issue here.'

Decent management I think, as said previously I can see where Morrison was coming from even though I think he had it slightly screwed, but we want players with drive and who will be unhappy when we lose.

Far better players with passion to push on than those who are happy just treading water.
