Albion Sign Steele & McShane

Albion have today signed two of Manchester United's young stars as part of the Tomasz Kuszczak loan deal.

Irishman, Paul McShane is a young centre back who had a successful season long loan at Brighton & Hove Albion where he got rave reviews and eventually won Player of the Year. He has also been capped at Irish Under 19 level and was part of Manchester United's Youth Cup winning side of 2003. He will provide reliable cover for Cutis Davies and Chris Perry and is regarded as 'one for the future'.

England under 19 Keeper Steele was recalled from his second successive season long loan at Coventry City where and gained a reputation as a good, reliable Goalkeeper. Originally signed by Manchester United from Peterborough United for a deal worth 2.5m Steele comes with some highly placed admirers and will provide competition for current Albion Number 1 Pascal Zuberbuhler.
