'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Plans For January Afoot

The club have confirmed that we will use our remaining domestic loan option in the January window, and the club are looking abroad for further additions.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Dan Ashworth said that the club traditionally are busy in January by looking at the loan market, and this season will be no different - given prices are using inflated in the mid season window.

'It is well documented that we mainly look at the loan market in January. There is a feeling with the club that January is not a particularly 'good value' market, but you do, for example, get people running into the last six months, so we never say never. We will perhaps do one or two bits of tinkering.'
