'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ashworth Confirms Foster Terms

Dan Ashworth has confirmed that the loan deal for Ben Foster does include an option to buy, but only if Birmingham don't return to the top flight this season.

Speaking to wba.co.uk our Sporting and Technical Director said.

'The deal with Birmingham is that if they get promoted, there is no availability to buy. So if they come up this season, Ben will definitely be going back. Ben has come in and done really well and we would have to consider it.'

He's certainly adjusted to life at The Hawthorns well, and I certainly wouldn't be against a permanent deal for him.
