Dawson To Benefit From Tamas' Error?

Michael Appleton has said that he has no fears about Craig Dawson stepping into the breach given Tamas' 3 match ban.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Appleton backed Dawson to produce the goods if Roy Hodgson decides to let him benefit from the current gap in our defence.

'When somebody gets a suspension it's not ideal, it disrupts us slightly but also opens an opportunity for someone else in the squad. I think Craig has come on leaps and bounds, he's a young lad who is always wanting to learn and listen. If he does get the opportunity I don't think he'll let anyone down.'
