Still In For Graham, But Not Andy Johnson

Reports in the press today say that we are still interested in Watford's Danny Graham.

Speculation the other week suggested we had had a 2.5 million bid turned down which seemed a little off given Watford had already previously turned down a bid of that amount for the player, but apparently we are still keeping tabs on him even though Swansea are the new favourites having had a 3.5 million bid accepted yesterday.

There was strong speculation at the weekend about Andy Johnson, but it appears that will come to nothing over the coming days.

Rumours linking Zoltan Gera with a return are still as strong as ever, but there are no direct quotes still confirming any real interest despite reports stating a deal had already been agreed.

The Express and Star also state that we are stepping up our efforts to sign former Goalie Tomasz Kuszczak after missing out on Brad Friedel and that despite weekend reports, we are not interested in Fulham's Mark Schwarzer or Japan's Eiji Kawashima.

However there are quotes for Kawashima and I'll cover those shortly.
