Thomas Wants To Extend Stay

Jerome Thomas is hoping talks in the summer will lead to an extension of his current contact.

Jerome has a year left, and the club have an additional years option should they wish, and Thomas is hopeful that a deal can be done to keep him at the Baggies, because in his own words, 'who wouldn't' want to stay?

Speaking to the E&S the 28 year old confirmed that talks were planned in the summer and said he'd be more than willing to stay.

'As long as we can come to an agreement I'm happy to stay. Who wouldn't want to be part of what Roy's trying to build here?'

He goes on to explain that he hopes during talks the club show that they can match his own ambitions of improvement as he really wants to see this club move forward over the next few years.

I doubt there's a fan who disagrees with that ambition.
