Perfect Timing For Wolves

Perfect Timing For Wolves

Jonas Olsson thinks the Black Country derby couldn't have been timed better following our win over the Villa and effectively securing our Premiership status in the promotion.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Olsson said the players would definitely be enjoying the victory for a few days, but then they would be refocusing on Wolves and looking for another 3 points.

'Of course we're going to enjoy the Villa win for a couple of days, now we're safe a derby game comes at a perfect time and if we can finish 9th or 10th I want to do it, I don't want to finish 14th or 15th.'

Nice to hear the players still focused on finishing as high as we can do in the league now, it would certainly provide a good confidence boost for over the summer if we can keep in the higher places in the league.
