Odemwingie Confident Of Survival

Peter Odemwingie believes that we will see the best of the Baggies now the pressure is on, as he thinks the team possesses the character to dig deep and ensure survival.

Speaking to Sky Sports our leading scorer seems more confident than most given our 1 point buffer from the relegation zone, but he remains confident that the team have all the necessary qualities to pull away from the bottom 3 as we head into the final months of the season.

'I believe that this is a team that does better under pressure. I think we will show our character and this is what we need in these big games coming up.'

We'll see if he's right on Monday when we look to enact some revenge on Stoke for the earlier result in the season.

3 points there would certainly be welcome and if other results go our way we could climb the table nicely and get a confidence boost, even if the actual point score would still be close.
