A win at Doncaster Rovers on Saturday or Nottingham Forest failing to win against Ipswich and it will be job done for Roberto Di Matteo's Baggies.
We have a few injuries including Gianni Zuiverloon and Jerome Thomas and fitness doubts for James Morrison, Steven Reid and Chris Wood.
Morrison is still struggling with the hamstring strain picked up on Monday and will be assessed as late as possible along with right-back Reid (hamstring) and striker Wood (illness), although these two did train on Thursday.
Reuben Reid has returned from being on loan at the now relegated Peterborough and is available.
Chris Brunt will be looking to lead from the front and is hoping to add to his vital goal against Watford on Monday, saying that 'a winner tomorrow would be pretty special.'
Brunt expects that Doncaster will be a tough challenge: '(They) were very good at The Hawthorns at the start of the season and they've still got something to play for themselves until it's mathematically impossible for them to get into the play-offs.'
What are the tactics?
'We will go to win the game because we want to get it sorted this weekend if possible.'
So do we Chris, so do we.
