Bednar may miss out on Bristol trip

Albion make a Sunday trip to Ashton Gate hoping to extend an unbeaten away run against Bristol City; the Baggies have not lost away from home since the defeat at Barnsley in September.

Gary Johnson`s Bristol side have enjoyed just one victory in their last 13 games.

Di Matteo respects the fact that the Robins will be desperate to end their poor form.

"They are like an injured animal because they are on a bit of a bad run and they want to finish it," said the boss.

Although Bristol City have been struggling, their home form is more impressive having lost only twice at home, so could be a tough team to breakdown.

Expect Roman Bednar not to feature as the striker is still struggling with his back problem.

Also we are still without James Morrison (heel), Jerome Thomas (suspension), Gonzalo Jara (foot) and Ishmael Miller (ankle) for the trip.
