Koren injury strain
The Albion midfielder missed Saturday`s win at Sheffield Wednesday, after suffering a recurring groin problem as reported here.
The diagnosis was given after Koren went for tests on Friday and it was revealed that the persistent injury would need corrective surgery.
Roberto Di Matteo expects the Slovenian to be out for three to four weeks at best.
