'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Brunt looks forward to playing former club

Brunt spent three years at Sheffield Wednesday, just after being released as a teenager by Middlesbrough, and he's keen to increase his five-goal total at Hillsborough on Saturday.

Given his past with the club Brunt has promised not to celebrate if he does manage to score. He said: "The time I had at Sheffield Wednesday was a great time. I`ve got a lot of respect for the club and the fans and the management staff , so I would have to think twice about celebrating.'

But having said that, he added: "But I will be trying to score because three points is what we`re going there for to keep us ticking along and hopefully get the bigger prize at the end of the season.'

All's fair in love and football.
