'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Gera Won't Be Rushed

Bryan Robson has said the Baggies are missing Zoltan Gera but he will not rush him back from injury. Robson told the official site: 'When a player of Zoltan's calibre is not playing you're obviously going to miss his ability,' But also says his absence isn't the reason the Baggies are getting beaten in games saying the form is '...a collective thing'

Gera has missed five games with a groin problem but Robson is determined that the medical team get the midfielder back to full fitness before using him:

'What we want to do is clear this injury up so he is 100 per cent fit before he plays again. This season he has been playing with different types of knocks. Whether it has been with us or with Hungary, he hasn't done himself justice. So, we want him to come back nice and fresh and completely 100 per cent fit so we can try and get him back to the form he was showing last year.'
