Blues is the target for Gera
Zoltan Gera has been out of the Baggies team since October and has made two failed attempts of a comeback against Manchester United and Reading.
Gera has missed out due to a pelvic problem and has been sorely missed by the Baggies. The goals he scored from midfield last season have not been replaced by anyone this season and it would be a massive boost having him back.
To try and help solve the problem Gera was allowed back home to Hungary to speak to a specialist that had overseen a similar problem he had earlier in his career.
This seems to have helped solve the problem and boss Bryan Robson is hopeful that he will be ready for the Blues game.
Robson told the official site, 'Saturday will be too soon for Zoltan but I would like to think he'll have a chance for the Blues game, as long as he doesn't have any set-backs with the injury.
'By then he'll have had three weeks worth of training and that should get him close.
'It's looking a lot more positive on him now.'
With the news that Nigel Quashie will most probably miss the next five games this news will give Albion fans more confidence with a tough run in ahead.
