Olofinjana and Balde linked with Baggies

Wolves giant midfielder Seyi Olofinjana is reportedly keen on joining the Baggies.
The player has a £3m buy-out clause in his contract but it is extremely unlikely that West Brom Chairman would want to pay that much for a Championship player with no Premiership experience.

The Nigerian international is 6'4' tall and has undoubted ability on the ball. He would appear to be just the sort of player that would add steel to the Baggies midfield and his height would be invaluable at set pieces, a major problem for the team last season.

In another regurgitated rumour Guinea international central defender Bobo Balde has been linked with a move to the Baggies. At 33 years of age Balde is seeking more first team football having only appeared 4 times for the Bhoys last season.

Central defence is certainly an area where Tony Mowbray needs to strengthen but would he see Balde as improving that area?

im a celtic man and big bobo is a well liked player i for one would have him in the team before gary caldwell...he would criple a few of the poncy forwards that you have in england he is a feckin machine and he wins 99% of long balls as he can jump like a salmon...he is about 6foot 3 tall and 5foot wide

Thanks for the input. Why isn't Strachan playing him if he ie that good? Have they had a falling out?
