'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Mutual respect at West Bromwich Albion

After the acrimonious departures of Gary Megson and Bryan Robson it is nice to hear that West Brom Chairman Jeremy Peace has found a manager that he can rely on and trust.

Speaking on BRMB's football forum earlier this week Tony Mowbray explained that 'he has a good working relationship' with Mr Peace and he commented that he is 'somebody I respect for the way he runs his business'.
He described how the Chaiman wants to manage the club sensibly adding that 'with Mr Peace in charge you won't be worrying about going bust'.

Jeremy Peace has already gone on record to say what a joy Tony Mowbray is to work with and this has been recognised by the manager being awarded a new three year contract earlier in the season.

It certainly is great to see the whole football club pulling in the same direction and slowly but surely the often criticised Chairman is winning the fans over.

It is such a positive time to be a Baggies fan with a first class Manager and astute Chairman running a very happy ship.

Good manager, think I'm right in saying he turned down Boro before he came to West Brom. He knows a proper club when he sees it. Good luck next year.
