Kiely Says No Open Top Bus Tour!

Dean Kiely says West Brom did exactly what they set out to do this season by winning the title and explains to fans why there will be no open-top bus tour.

'After the disappointment of losing out to Derby in the play-offs last year there was huge motivation to clinch one of the top two spots. We've managed to turn to our advantage something that was so negative at the time.

'I think we got our heads around the division earlier than some other teams. We realised very quickly that a stutter here or there was simply the nature of the division.

'We've been very attack-minded all season and managed to score a lot of goals. In defence we've been comparable with the teams around us and I think we can all look back and be pretty pleased with what we've achieved.

'I know there is a bit of disappointment among the fans that we're not going to do the bus tour, but I think the manager is dead right on this one. He has a very pragmatic and professional approach and I'm from the same school of thought.'
