Clement Returns to West Brom

Neil Clement has returned to the Hawthorns after the club exercised their right to recall the player from Hull City.

The decision to recall Clement has come as Leon Barnett's injury is set to rule the player out for at least two weeks. It would perhaps be cynical to suggest that boss Tony Mowbray has opted to stop a West Brom player from helping Hull's promotion push as the season lurches towards its conclusion.

Clement is a long-serving member of the Baggies squad, having made 283 appearances for the club since his 150,000 transfer from Premier League giants Chelsea in 2000.

It's an interesting theory, cock up someone elses plans as we rival them for promotion!
