Moore Bench Duty for Luke

Moore Bench Duty for Luke

Luke Moore will have to wait for his chance to shine in the West Brom team according to manager Tony Mowbray.

Moore joined the Baggies citing the lack of first team opportunities at Villa Park as the reason for leaving the team he has supported since childhood, however with Phillips and Bednar combining to hammer home 33 goals this season, Moore may well have found that he’s merely swapped the colour of the splinters from the home-team bench.

The gaffer explained to BBC WM:

“We made Luke aware that we have some quality and have scored a lot of goals and he came with his eyes wide open.

“I want him to feel part of what we're trying to achieve here and he'll get the opportunity to get on the pitch.”

Love the headline, just show's the quality of your squad if Luke Moore can't get in the starting XI.
